Victor Lexx Crowe was born in the United States to Russian parents. His parents had left the Soviet Union upon it's collapse in 1992 and wanted to start a new life. His parents ran a small business and were quite successful. However, everything changed when Victor turned 10. His parents grew further apart from each other and eventually they were divorced. He went with his mom but she didn't have the means to take care of him, however she did have money. She enrolled him in an exchange student program in Japan so he would be away and be taken care of. He went to some Russian styled school for boys only, and there he was introduced to tankery.
He had always had a distinct interest in tanks, warfare, planes, all of it. But he was very disappointed to discover that only women could participate. When he entered high school he changed to an american styled high school. There were rumors that his school would try to train men for tankery as well. He signed up right away and proved himself capable. They were unable to fight other schools in tournaments because tankery as a sport was only for women, however his school wanted to try to change that. The school bought many Soviet, German, and American tanks and made a mix matched team of rookies into a capable team. They were even challenged by Pravda Girls High School. During this battle there commander had basically fucked everything up, bad positioning of his units, no reacting to threats, and clamming up when he needed to act. Victor took the lead against orders once his commander's tank was knocked out and lead the remains of the boys against Pravda. While they didn't win that day, Victor proved that he was a capable leader.
At the end of his Sophomore year he found out that his mom died. He was afraid he'd have to go back to the states, but it turned out he didn't. That was also the year he saw Ooarai win the championship. And he also saw that they were open to taking in select males for school, and especially tankery. He put forward his name, and was accepted, along with his crew of friends that had helped him. He was even allowed to bring his tank, a Tiger II, seeing as the school wouldn't be able to compete itself they transferred it to Ooarai.
Personality:
Quiet most the time, kinda an asshole if you don't know him, but a damn loyal friend once he gets to know you. He works best under pressure, however he's great at strategy, planning, and positioning. However he doesn't like to take BS from people that think they know better than him.
